NW Tennessee | I don't think I have ever been to an auction with a buyers premium and I know I have never bought anything at one. Only exception I would make, I guess, would be real estate and I would sure figure in the premium on my final bid. I know that seems like an obvious statement, but I have talked to people that bought items at those type equipment auctions and it seemed like they were surprised when they went to pay. | |
