I am not 100% sure but I believe the same carrier may use different frequencies for the same signal type in different regions. It is hard to find out exactly what frequency a particular carrier is using. I believe most EVDO signals are in the 2 gigahertz range but as I say I am not sure. I would like to know so if anyone could come up with a good source of info on this.
