Subject: To the Maxx tool

Waldron, MI
It seems like most of the vert. tillage posts are in regards to the Salfords and Great Plains units. What about the To the Maxx tool. Do the work well in stalks as well as stubble? I know they don't go deep and don't level a lot but it still looks like a good system. Is it just cutting the corn stalks driving the move to the straight disc vert. tools? In our area there isn't much corn on corn so primarily the tool on our farm would be used in subsoiled bean stubble or chisled wheat stubble.
