So you say that moving the dump lever one way kicks out the PTO and sends air out #4? That means you should hook #4 up to the "down" side of the control valve on the pump.

The way that doesn't kick out the PTO should be hooked up to make the hoist go up. If you can't tell which port does which on the side of the control piston, you may need to just hook it up and try it, assuming that you may have to switch the two to make it work right.

The #5 port might be exhaust, just run a line from there to outside the cab so you don't have to hear the "pffft" in the cab every time you move the lever.

Hopefully I muddled your thinking a little more!
