Subject: Fuel problem on New Holland TM175(2005 model)

Southern Highlands of Tanzania, East Africa
I really need an idea as to where air is getting into the fuel system. Once air is bled out of the two filters in the morning (30 micron and 5 micron) I get no problem at all and no air is going to the injection pump (I have installed a clear hose here and no bubbles pass through). At this point if you open the first 30 micron filter it is all but empty!! Now we have tried all sorts of things to stop air leaks-there is no problem in the tank up to the filters. The pump runs perfect and does not have any power problem at all.

10-12 minutes later the tractor dies and we have alot of trouble for the rest of the day using all sorts of bleeding methods. She starts and runs perfect once we leave her overnight-but only for 10 mins.

Any help much appreciated-I need her help for al ot of spraying!
Otto
