Loosing all when you push in the clutch on a pre side console 3020 is a symptom of the check valve failure. I have a web page about it, at http://geraldj.networkiowa.com/4020si.htm. All I have found about the later '20s says there's no such check valve to cause such a problem and the indices to that vintage service bulletins that I have always points to high pressure leaks which can be plumbing or any hydraulic power valve, steering, brakes, rock shaft, differential lock, or scvs.

Have you checked the filter and the pickup screen? Those will also restrict flow to the front pump which has a much larger flow than the rear pump. The oil cooler up front is used as a reservoir to keep the front pump supplied in oil for ordinary tasks like running cylinders full stroke.
