Yeah, you hit the nail squarely on the head, Badger. Our 348 was a pile of crap. Without a word of exaggeration, the dealership got so ticked off that they brought out all of their mechanics for a 'field training day.' We had mechanics unloading wagons at the barn, taking wagons back and forth to the field, you name it. They didn't get too far with the baler, though...
That being said, my experience with BB series balers kind of put me off of NH, too. We run a Massey/Hesston big square now. My BB940 rotor-cut was actually outbaled by a JD small square baler in straw one day. THAT was embarassing!
