| You will need a pulley remover and installer. Should be able to borrow from local parts retailer. They are not bad to change but there is a secret to doing it easily.
The key is to remove the top half of fan shroud, pull the pulley off pump, then remove the aluminum bracket from the pump. This will leave the pump hanging on the rear mount bracket. It is easily removed at this point.
Reverse the proceedure to install.
It is a lot harder to try and drop the pump out the bottom of the bracket without removing it. BTDT.
