NW Ohio,near Findlay
We have extra lights on a 3020 and 4020. We try to balance the load by picking up power feed at starter, fuse it and go. Try to stay away from drawing extra amps from light switch, won't take it long. We have a cheap test light picked up at Wal-Mart that detects positive and negative feed. We also have installed terminal disconnet switchs(two) on all JD 24Volt equipment. The right battery is hot to starter field. With age the winding will crack and slowly run down right battery if your lucky. Bad luck, the starter gets hot and burns her up. When our starter goes, it will be converted to 12 Volt using a Delco one wire Alt. Not that hard to do if I can do it.
