Western Wisconsin Grange Hall | I made a raised bed for my Mom 2years ago. What she found out is if plants spread out they can over take the raised bed. Now she puts her tomatoes, sqaush, and cucumber plants around the raised bed. In the raised bed she plants her radishes, peas, beans and etc. I made hers out of 6"x6"x12' treated lumber. I cut 4' off and used that for the ends, mismatching the joints at the corners. I took some angle iron drilled holes 6" apart and ran a 5/16x3" lag screw in to hold it together. |
