Subject: water in fuel at 12 degrees is not good

Middle Tennessee
7200 John Deere started fine this morning and then quit. Could not get fuel to flow and did not appear to be jelled. It seems that I had ice. pulled a tarp over the tractor and put a propane heater under the tarp. After several attempts I finally got it going. I pulled the plug out of the tank and drained out the fuel and then filled with fresh fuel. I added some heat fuel treatment. What is the best additive to rid my system of water. This is the feed tractor and I need it to work.

Thanks
Toby
