That's what we do also we have 2 kinze planters 16/31 and 12 /23 .I plant the white corn and my son plants the yellow, soon as that is done ,we both switch to beans, or if some bean ground is dryer first my son plants it, while I'm still trying to be very timley with the white food grade corn. 2 planters just works well for us.
