I'd say an elevator location that takes in over a million bushels and doesn't have a drier makes it the managements fault.

30% corn going into a pile is just stupidity asking for grain damage.

Around here the really wet stuff was going to the drier, anything that was half way dry went to the pile.
Local elevator finished picking up their pile a couple weeks ago and it looked like good corn with some snow mixed in.
