Subject: Re: Handling 3x4 square bales with telehandler vs. tractor

Central / West Texas
We are on our second one - telehandler- and would not want to be without it. It is so much more versitile than a loader. But will not replace a loader. Better to have both. Our tele is 4wd but is no good on soft ground. Weighing in at 25k it sinks like a rock. We have a 80 horse mfd loader tractor and it can go many more places. The stacking speed and capability of a tele cannot be matched by a loader. You can also use it to work on barns and bins if you buy a man basket.
