Cen IL | When farmers purchase my fert. brackets, I encourage them to just run a 3/4" black hose across the toolbar and use a 3/4" Tee Jet nozzle body at each row. This works fine for up to 20 GPA. For gallonages above 20, put a 1" tee fitting between rows 3 and 4 and between rows 9 and 10. Feed these tee's with a 1" line and that will get you to 40 GPA. I run 35 GPA myself at 5- 5.2 mph and get very even distribution across the rows. I use a flat ss teejet orfice in the nozzle body and use the yellow 2 lb. caps on the nozzle body.
