Yeah, they could pay me $950 and I'd take it ... Actually, the old 750 was a decent combine for its time. We ran a couple a long time. They are NOT a mud combine. No how, no way. I think we could take our 2166 and drive a circle around a stuck 750. But for wheat they were hard to beat. I'd put an old 750 against any comparable size combine in wheat. If the tires and belts and mechanism is decent it is probably a good deal.But if you start to need parts .. well, we always felt MF was pretty proud of their parts. And that was pre-AGCO.
