Southern Alberta | I would never buy drive tires that are solid around the outsides for farm use. They are great for highway trucks as they have great lifespan and average traction. They absolutely suck for farm use. You want a tread that is open to the outside on farm drive tires so the mud, dirt, snow, etc can squeeze of of the gaps in the outside of the tread and dig in and pull. All good off road tires and snow tires have an open outside tread and give maximum grip.
There is no point in having tires that give great lifespan, if you are stuck all the time. | |
