Callao, Missouri | Right now I shamelessly borrow neighbors tractor/trailers if they don't have time to haul from bin to market for me. I end up spinning out at almost every bin site at one time or another. Someday I would like to buy a small hopper and truck for hauling to the bin as well as hauling to the local markets. I would also use the truck for hay, equipment, and spray supply hauling around the farm. Whenever I spin out, most of the time it just takes a 4wd pickup hooked on to the front to get me rolling.
Would a little 4x4 semi tractor make enough difference to be worth the extra cost? It looks like they are about $5-6k more on the truck paper website.
