| If it's like our QR 4640 there is two gaskets you will need to replace. One is the oil pan gasket itself & the other is the 1/2 moon gasket between the trans & the back of the oil pan. According to our JD dealer there are areas you should use gasket sealant & others that you don't, and don'tt over use the sealant. We did our 46 this summer & the pan was a lot heavier than we thought. I would suggest using a transmission jack, makes things easier. | |
