Someone is yanking people's chain. We had the same thing here, someone placed a 'yote they shot that then had frozen out by the road. Wouldn't cattle and sheep be frozen in place if a 'yote did? It was colder than that here a couple of weeks ago and I didn't see anything other than a couple of ditch chickens frozen.
Is it possible for a coyote to freeze while he is still moving?
