Pasco WA.
I get compost delivered from the Sunnyside area to Pasco for $21/ton delivered. I have my own spreader so for me compost is cheaper than dry fertilizer. Seems to work better too. I have an advantage over you on the freight though because I get the trucking on a backhaul. If your interested my email is in my profile and I can tell you who to call.
