In this area the renter usually pays for the pivot repairs. Pump repairs can go either way. Underground mainline is usually but not always covered by the landowner. So basically anything is possible. Just make certain you have an agreement in the lease. Something I am going to add to my next lease is an agreement as to who is responsible for theft. Too much wire being stolen in the area.
