Jefferson Co. Florida | Imagine a year where almost nothing goes the way it should. A wet harvest season results in a field of *insert crop of choice here* being damaged, but others are holding there quality. More rain is coming. What do you do? Harvest the good stuff before it gets damaged and let damage increase on the already damaged field or harvest the damaged crop to prevent further damage and hope the undamaged crop can handle another rainfall.
