Regina/ 14 miles South of Moose Jaw Saskatchewan		Pretty sure NAT+ is on a separate server - I think there's just a huge amount of traffic - & perhaps the speed of your connection - in town on ADSL I have about an 90% connection rate - at the farm on xplornet(Wildblue) - high traffic times drop to about 1 in 2 for connections....

...Just the consequences of success.....
