The way the quantum presently works is that it has to have it's own phone number, whether it be a regular land line, or a cell phone setup like Ron used.

In order to get updates from the quantum over the phone, you have to dial the number the quantum is hooked up to.

In order to view information on your computer, you have to use the modem to dial the number the quantum is hooked up to just like you used to dial up the internet.

I would like to see some changes made. Specifically, make it so that it can be hooked directly to an air card and then I can just use the browser or a special program to access it's password protected IP address from any computer I want to. With this setup it should be easy to add a few cameras into the system that one could check on too.
