Subject: Need ideas/suggestions for Grain cleaner

I currently have a 1200 bushel per hour at 5pts removal tower dryer and 2 grain legs, one for dry grain (removal from dryer to fill storage bins) and one for wet grain (unloads trucks from drag conveyor pit, then with "K" valve on the distribitor goes to either dryer or wet hopper bin). Both legs are rated at 6,000bph. I would like to add a grain cleaner some where in the system to remove corn fines and beeswings. My thoughts are after the dryer before going to the dry leg. I do also have an overhead bin that could be used for the screenings or I could go buy an old gravity box/silage wagon as well.

Would like to see some pictures of what you may be currently using, what works what doesn't and any other ideas you may have as to what type/brand and where to put the cleaner my grain system.

Thanks!
