Clearfield canola isn't a GM variety. There is a fee ($30 a bag I think), but you could use all the conventional herbicides on it. And it commands a premium about RR or LL. There are still the Polish Varieties out (and a few new ones in the pipeline).

I would start by contacting the distributors for the varieties you are looking for.
