| Mine came off with one of those "double" halogen work lights for in the shop that are mounted on top of stand. (The kind that will give you a good tan in the winter if not careful!) Leanded them against the door for a minute or two, then kept the lights within 8-10" of the letters while I took a thin putty knife and peeled them off. This was in some cold weather, so warmer temps would make a difference. That's what worked "here"!!
