Northeast, Iowa | Wind gusts paired with a little different soil is what I believe may be the problem (lay of the land, ie side hill brunt of the wind). The soil may be mapped the same, but is it????? Get a heavier gust in one spot and not in another paired with soil moisture and compisition, and look out. Early moisture and plenty of it = shallower roots, alot of different situations.
Main point, Mother nature can cause trouble. If you figure it out let me know and we will make millions..... | |
