Kittitas Co. Wa. State

Here is some reading about monsanto,,

http://www.capitalpress.com/content/monsanto-rewrite

Found it interesting there are a few states Ag's looking in to antitrust violations.

I don't quite swallow owning exclusive patents on genitics. I know there's research$$ involved and ROI and all that krap, but in pertuitity ??

What if the first Tractor made had a patent in pertuitity ??   There would only be ONE brand of tractor available, would that make tractors cheaper or more competitive ???

If anyone builds a better mousetrap should they be guarenteed forever that only they can build that mousetrap and charge whatever they want ??
