One of the most useful sites for those of us in the Midwest is Bob Nielsen's site at Purdue: http://www.agry.purdue.edu/ext/corn/cafe/  . His eastern coverage extends into Pennsylvania and Ontario, so you can probably extend your information collection from links at those sites--but this would be a start.
