That's normal if your beans are warmer than the outside temps. Any moisture in the warm air will condense on the colder metal roof panels. It shouldn't be a problem unless your beans are actually touching the roof. If that is the case then yes you should remove some beans. Its usually a good idea to core a bin and level it off, most problems happen in the peak to start with.
