I know that the company i sell for wont put any hybrids in Michigan Sates plot because they don't like how the plots are set up. They use a very small section of the field and they don't think that gives a good enough picture of how any hybrid will work. My plot was almost an acre per hybrid compared to less than a quarter of an acre.
