Or, if you use FireFox instead of Internet Explorer, you may have to add the links manually (because FF doesn't like the tinyMCE HTML button).

Then click Preview, then click Submit. Doing the preview sets the text as a link. If you forget and post first, clicking Edit then Submit will do the same thing.
