south east north Dakota | The corn is blacklayed so it did mature...but plenty late. Ground had standing stalks on it this spring and all we got through it was a small field cultivator then used a mcfarlin drag to level and incorporate the dry fert. field was never dry and plus it has drainage issues...the water likes to spill into the field rather than stay in the ditch but big rains tend to do that. Corn standing in water all year along with wet sand soil didn't allow it to grow to nicely...uneven and such. Maybe eddie wants to farm it ;) | |
