Wallaceburg ont | no the shaft that drives the auger is hllow where the solid auger shaft slides into it. take the clamp off at the top of auger with 3/4 socket. The pulley mount on the top and the auger is a solid shaft up in the hollow drive shaft that your bearings are on. let the auger down and you should be able to replace the bearing from the bottom. It could be easier to do both at one time top and bottom.
