Won't the dealer give you a good deal renting an older combine that is sitting on their lot since you are going to have yours fixed there and it might take a while to get it back? Usually the rental rate on a machine if yours is in their shop is way less than 1/2 of the normal rate in situations like that. Might be worth asking about.
