Thanks for the idea, Boog. I did not notice any of the anthracnose leaf blight, ears are filled and not dropping but have seen some black streaks on the lower stalks. I will look more carefully next time I am there. Corn is still standing well.

The main thing I notice is the difference in moisture between the stalks (DRY) and the ear/grain (WET).  But in this I am probably not alone - I am seeing a lot of higher moisture corn on "dead" stalks here in S MN too.

I will look into it however.Thank you.
