just wondering what some of you out there pay the help. i have a part time guy who helps after hours and on weekends, but would like to have more of a full time hand. i would prefer to pay a salary of some sort where the hours are averaged out over a years time, for instance 60-80 hours during peak farming times and maybe just 20-30 hours during winter. anyone have a similar situation?
