This afternoon we we broke the stalkroll and shaft off of the row unit gearbox. We have one slip clutch stuck on the hex drive shaft, to loosen up in the morning. Any words of wisdom before we tear into the gearbox? Should we replace both left and right stalkroll drives, while it is apart?
The shaft that broke had only 35-40% holding it, when it broke.
