NE Iowa | Agree completely - before the era of yield monitors, the steady sound of grain hitting the returns inspection door in the 7700 was nice monitor for what was going on in the machine. Also served as a good reminder to slow down going uphill as the returns started making lots more noise. Dad replaced the little inspection door on our 9600 with a pc of plexiglass, but it really isn't very useful in gaging the quantity of the returns. | |
