We have had the same problem on the 6600 some years ago. A corn cob would get in the sprocket somehow. Sit on the ground under the fuel tank. Behind the fuel tank with the left hand pull down on the idler, with the right hand turn the pulley on the auger shaft about a round many less, and go. Should work. May or may not know where the rock or cob is, but it should get you going
