Subject: Shrinkage questions

Rivers, MB
Anybody know where I can tables or formulas to figure out shrinkage on different grains. Specifically looking for wheat, canola, peas and sunflowers. Hauled some wet sunflowers to our buyer and I think I'm getting taken. They helped me out by taking the wet load so I'm not going to cause a fuss but would like to know what it should be for future reference. 1.5% shrinkage / 1% loss of moisture. Seems high to me. This number probably is type of grain specific, right??
