Lowell you asked me about my dryer below so I am moving it to the top. I have a Super B 250 with a Quantum Controller. You asked about heat, My corn is going in wet at 24%. The plenum is 190 degrees and the corn comes out at 130 degrees at 16.4 hot. I dump it in a old dryer bin with a big fan to cool, Hoping to get it down to 15 or less. My dryer says it is running at 62% or around 300 bushel an hour....SLOW.......but faster than my old stirrator's in the bin I use to have and NO climbing bins every hour. We have learned this immature corn is hard to dry so we take it down a little more!! My nephew really knows how to set it and make her run!! ( No he will not come to your house and help all you guys out there because he owns a asphalt company and is way to busy. I'm glad I get him twice a day!!) When done I pick it up and it goes 10 miles to my brothers place to dry his corn. In a morning we can move and be up and running by dinner. We both have our own augers so we just move the dryer. When done it gets a very good cleaning and back in my shed the rest of the time.
On Neco, my neighbor has a Farm Fan and a Neco and he says the Neco is alot slower because it blows the hot air out faster and he would not buy another, he words not mine. I have never been around one so I don't know? Any questions fire away.
