SC Kansas | Ditto on the 6011 being a fast freeze (fill gaps better) good on rusty metal. 7014 or 7018AC all around rod. Also 60XX means 60,000 lb tensile strength, 70XX is 70,000 ( mild steel is 45000 to 50000 If I recall). XX1X means all position rod, XX2X means flat or horizontal, XX3X flat only. Well XXX_ is polarity or it means rate of rod (weld)deposited. You got the just of it. | |
