I am very poor at motors so a mag starter means nothing to me. My dryer has the contacts in a panel and that is still there as the main switch turns the 2 "dry" motors on but the VFD is only on the long auger to the bin. But all I did was put the VFD between the motor and the control panel. Everything else stayed the same. If the VFD quits all I have to do is Marr the connectors at the VFD and it would run normal rpm.
