Airfoil sieve may not work in corn. Normal sieves usually have low dividers in them to keep corn from running all the one side.

I usually ran the top chaffer at about 5/8, extension at 3/4, bottom sieve at about 3/8, fan about 1100. Cylinder speed should be as slow as it will go (350?) unless it won't come off the cob.

I don't remember the concave number scale on our 7720...I was thinking 30, but on second thought, that was the 9410 I believe.
