We had a Deere disk like that, too. I don't remember ever replacing any parts on it. We probably didn't cover a huge amount of acres with it, but in later years we pulled it with the 4010 working wet spots and as the second tractor....it mostly ran in 7th gear, so low speed was not a factor.
Why don't all ag co's just go to oil bearings?
