If you have yield monitor or spray log records available, many GIS programs could calculate net acres off that data.
Be a little careful with this. If it is point data, some programs will use the area assigned to each point by the speed/width that the flow is divided by to determine yield, etc. and add up all of these points. Not a true GIS area as there are likely overlaps/skips. Basically make sure the program is "shrink-wrapping" the points with a boundry and fiuring the acres off that.
