Subject: Shivers Help

Central Illinois
Hey guys,

We have an older shivers system that hasn't been used in a couple years. Need some advice.

I think we put too much corn in it to start with, but it is running. Starting with 22 to 23 percent. After several hours of just heat (couldn't get motor running), we were finally able to transfer to the holding bin, moisture was 8 to 11 percent, then would jump to 20. Would like to transfer at 16 to cool. What temp should we run in?

It seems to be transferring and recirculating at the same time, is this right? Or should it be doing one or the other?

Any advice and help would be great. Any way to find instructions online?

Thanks!
